Situation
Sa Vinya d’en Palerm (Palerm´s vineyard) is an agricultural –cattle farm of 8 hectares placed in Pla Roig, in Sa Venda de Rubió, belonging to San Miguel de Balanzat´s parish, San Juan de Labritja municipal district.
The Pla Roig is a representative place of Ibiza´s countryside, where the carob-trees, almond-trees and fig trees spread on the red land that gives its name. The majority of the families that reside in the place cultivate the land and raise animals. Walking along the surroundings will move the visitor to a world where it is lived in a different way.
Description
The house dates back to the late XIX th. century and nothing in it has been modified except the former stores for the grain and corrals which have been turned into five beautiful rooms for our guests. Some of them preserve the original roofs and walls and they all maintain Ibiza´s yesteryear rural spirit.
They are rooms full of light, where the guest is going to be able to enjoy nature´s spectacle in first hand.
All rooms have a private terrace and small garden of fragrant plants which will transport the visitor to the heart of the country where peace reigns everywhere.
Services
A completely equipped bath, satellite tv, access to internet, telephone, air conditioning, safe and minibar just complete the room and offer the maximum comfort to the visitor.
Swimming pool with solarium, wide lounges, library and dining room are other corners of the house where the guest can relax and spend some time.
